Mindfulness Plus is a premium member only subscription service providing regular Zoom-based live Mindfulness and Meditation events. Find events that suit you and book in to as many as you like.

ENHANCE SESSIONS
Tuesdays 7.30PM – 8.30PM

Enhance includes…
- Live guided mindfulness and meditation practice
- Specialist topics such as mindfulness and eating, mindfulness and money, mindfulness and relationships, mindfulness and children
- Live Q and A with a expert teacher.
ENLIGHTEN SESSIONS
Sundays 4.00PM – 5.00PM

Enlighten includes…
- Live guided mindfulness and meditation practice
- Exploring the deeper aspects of mindfulness and meditation including waking up to who you really are
- Live Q and A with a expert mindfulness and meditation teacher
