Mindfulness is the art of being present, right here, right now, to whatever is happening, whether it is how we like things to be, or not. We take the time to stop and pay attention to our actual experience as we sit, move, or learn something new. When we do this our nervous system softens and we begin to see the habits of mind that get in the way of experiencing our original happiness, just through being.
Facilitator: Rachel Tobin
Times: 10.00am – 4.30pm
Cost: $105
Teas, coffees and morning tea snacks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.
